The assistant needs two services for every complete package: OpenAI generates the content and images, and SMTP delivers the files. Notion is required when you want the workflow to create documentation pages.

1. Import the template

Import the JSON into n8n and leave the workflow inactive. Keep a small, non-sensitive workflow export ready for the first upload.

2. Prepare service access

Use an OpenAI project with API billing and access to the configured text and image models.

Prepare an SMTP connection and an approved sender that can send attachments.

3. Connect credentials

Save the service credentials in n8n and select them in the relevant nodes. If generating Notion pages, also grant the integration access to the destination.

4. Configure and verify

Set the form path, sender, recipient and documentation destination.

Then follow Testing & Validation. Setup is complete when a sample package reaches your inbox and its contents pass review.
