SMTP delivers the completed package, including its file attachments. Use a provider and sender address approved for this purpose.
Obtain the outgoing server host and port, required encryption mode, username and password from your email provider. Use a dedicated SMTP credential or app password where supported.
Complete any sender verification or IP allowlisting required by the provider, and check that its attachment limits can accommodate the package.
Save the connection details in an SMTP credential. In Email configuration, set mailFrom to the approved sender and mailTo to the destination inbox. Use your own inbox for the first test.
