Use a small sample workflow to verify the complete route from upload to inbox. Keep the assistant inactive until the generated files and delivery work as expected.
Set mailTo to your own inbox. Open the test form in Upload workflow, attach a non-sensitive JSON export and enter a product name and short description.
Choose whether to regenerate sticky notes and layout. Enter real HTTPS links where needed and leave unused optional links empty. Submit the form and follow the execution in n8n.
Sanitization should pass before generation begins. Inspect the cleaned workflow and redaction report to confirm that sensitive values were removed without breaking the export.
The completed email should include the workflow JSON, README, Gumroad files, thumbnail and cover. Open each file and check that it accurately describes the submitted workflow. The documentation link should open the intended guide; if you supplied no link, confirm that the documentation branch produced one.
Open the first failed node in Executions and use Operations & Troubleshooting to fix the cause. Check whether Notion pages or email were already created before starting another run.
