Start with the first failed node in n8n's Executions view. Later missing assets often follow from that earlier failure, so resolve it before changing the packaging stage.
For authentication errors, reselect a valid credential in the failed text or image node. For unavailable models, use one your account can access that supports the required output format.
For quota or rate limits, check API billing and usage. If image generation times out, inspect the request and execution before retrying; a repeated request can generate another billable image.
Upload a fresh n8n JSON export if the file is missing or invalid. If sanitization fails, inspect the redaction report and verification fields before continuing.
AI response validation errors usually require comparing the generated output with the expected schema. Preserve that schema when changing models or prompts. An incomplete package means one or more text, image or documentation branches did not reach packaging.
Supply a valid HTTPS guide URL or inspect the documentation-generation branch. For Notion access errors, check the integration credential, destination page and integration access to that page.
Check SMTP host, port, encryption, credentials and approved sender. Inspect provider delivery results, spam folders and attachment limits to distinguish a rejected message from an accepted message that was filtered.
Fix the cause, then use n8n's retry option where available. Before resubmitting the form, check for pages and email already created.
When rotating a secret, update the saved credential and complete Testing & Validation before revoking the old value.
