The workflow turns one form submission into a set of files. Validation connects each stage: an incomplete or invalid result stops the package from being delivered.
The upload form collects the workflow JSON, product details and optional links. The sanitization stage scans for sensitive values, produces a cleaned export and checks the result. The form choice controls whether sticky notes and node layout are preserved or regenerated.
OpenAI uses the workflow and reference README to prepare documentation, Gumroad content and image prompts. Separate image requests produce the thumbnail and cover. These branches must all return the formats expected by the packaging nodes.
If the form supplies a valid HTTPS documentation link, the workflow can reuse it. Otherwise the Notion branch prepares the documentation. The final validation requires that link and all expected files before SMTP delivery.
The package contains:
README.mdgumroad-listing.md and gumroad-delivery.mdthumbnail.png and cover.pngA successful run confirms that the package was produced; review the files for accuracy and sensitive values before distribution. Use Testing & Validation for the first upload.
